Cancellation rules

More than 12 hours before start
Cancel more than 12 hours before the session starts and the amount is returned in full as club credit, not a card refund.
12 hours or less before start
Cancelling at or inside 12 hours does not refund money or credit. Your spots are released immediately for the next member who completes checkout.
If the organiser cancels
Card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Any credit you used is restored.
Why credit instead of cash?
Stripe keeps its processing fee when a payment is refunded. Returning credit for member cancellations avoids that loss. Credit cannot be withdrawn.
What is in the ticket price
Ticket prices already include the venue share and payment processing. We do not add a surcharge.
