Privacy policy

Diubao Club (丢包俱乐部) is a Melbourne social badminton group. We are not a registered company and do not have an ABN.

We collect your Australian mobile number to send a one-time login code, to identify your account, and so organisers can contact you about a booking. We collect your nickname to show on the player list and greet you in the app.

Depending on how you use the app, we may also store your language preference, optional skill level, optional names of guests you bring, your bookings and credit history, Stripe payment identifiers (not your card number), the IP address used to rate-limit login attempts, and usage data via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

Member profiles and bookings are stored in Supabase in Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2). Card payments are processed on the hosted Stripe Checkout page; we do not store card numbers. This website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides analytics. Payment and hosting providers may process data outside Australia.

We keep your profile and bookings while your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymise your nickname and phone immediately. Booking and payment records may be kept for up to five years for tax, refunds, and disputes, then we intend to delete or further anonymise them.

Sign in and open Account settings to delete your account. If you cannot sign in, contact an organiser in the club WeChat group.
